Please note that rates vary based on several factors, including season, demand, operating costs, etc., and are subject to change at any time.

Weekly rates are $500, Saturday to Saturday, with the following transaction terms.

Monthly rates are $1000 in summer, $1200 in winter, with the following transaction terms.

• All rentals are subject to State of Maine sales tax (7%).
• Valid credit card to hold reservation.
• 50% deposit to confirm (sent by check or PayPal).
• Balance (including tax) required 1 week prior to arrival.
